Upset in Celje as long-serving incumbent voted out

Celje, 4 December - After serving as Celje mayor for 24 years Bojan Šrot was voted out in an upset run-off election in Slovenia's fourth largest city on Sunday as voters opted for Matija Kovač, a man half his age.
