Paper mill Vipap gets new owners in debt conversion

Krško, 27 December - More than a year after court-mandated restructuring was launched at Vipap Videm Krško, Slovenia's largest paper producer, the Krško District Court gave the final stamp of approval for a solution that involves a debt-to-equity conversion which has led to a significant change in ownership.
