Minister nominates Đorđević for Supreme Court president

Ljubljana, 29 December - Justice Minister Dominika Švarc Pipan has proposed that the National Assembly appoint Miodrag Đorđević as the Supreme Court president despite reservations being recently expressed over his age. The minister's decision comes after the Judicial Council and the assembly of all Supreme Court judges endorsed Đorđević's candidacy.
