Another challenge of RTV Slovenija act filed with top court

Ljubljana, 30 December - A second initiative for a constitutional review of the changes to the RTV Slovenija act was filed on Friday, this time led by Vili Kovačič, a pensioner known for previous referendum initiatives and petitions to the top court. Arguing the act was adopted in an undemocratic fashion, the signatories want its implementation stayed.
