Doctors' strike next week unlikely to be averted

Ljubljana, 6 January - Roughly a week before the 11 January doctors' strike, the Fides trade union expressed the hope to reach an agreement and avert the strike, but the government's statements in recent days indicate that this scenario is unlikely as tensions between the two sides seem to have further escalated.
