Jurist says court's decision on RTV law creates legal uncertainty

Ljubljana, 23 February - Former Constitutional Court judge Ciril Ribičič says that the Constitutional Court has created a "legal uncertainty" at RTV Slovenija as it allowed the appointment of a new governing council at the public broadcaster to continue, while the terms of the incumbent programme council and the supervisory board have in effect terminated.
