Top court rejects appeal against Dnevnik's 2013 reporting on Mercator sale
Ljubljana, 1 March - The Constitutional Court has turned down an appeal by Tomaž Lovše, the former owner of Diners franchise in Slovenia, to have the newspaper Dnevnik retract and apologise for its 2013 reports about the sale of retailer Mercator.
