Dnevnik writes about public healthcare as loot

Ljubljana, 10 March - The newspaper Dnevnik writes about the expansion of private initiative in public healthcare in Friday's commentary Days of Looting in response to the allegation that a neurosurgeon at UKC Ljubljana charged a foreign patient an extra fee on top of what the patient paid to the hospital.
