Slovenian fishermen turn to European Court of Human Rights over border fines

Ljubljana, 14 March - Slovenian fishermen who have been receiving fines from Croatia for fishing in the Piran Bay, where the border has been set by the 2017 border arbitration decision, have turned to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg after exhausting all legal possibilities for an appeal in Croatia.
