Housing prices up 11.3% in 2022 and by 78% since 2015

Ljubljana, 24 March - Housing prices in Slovenia rose by 11.3% in 2022, the second largest increase in recent years. The number of transactions, down for four consecutive quarters for existing units, fell by about 10%, with the figure for existing flats decreasing the most in Ljubljana, where such flats were nonetheless 8.7% dearer in the final quarter year-on-year.
