Ljubljana, 14 April - The weekly magazine Mladina suggests in Friday's editorial Who Is on the Other Side? that right-leaning lobbies and politicians behind mutual health insurer Vzajemna are to be blamed for none of the left-leaning governments which embarked on abolishing top-up health insurance actually managing to abolish it.
