Fewer people hospitalised for asthma and stroke, suicide and child obesity on the rise

Ljubljana, 19 April - Fewer people were hospitalised for stroke and alcohol-related disease in Slovenia in 2021, and asthma in children is also in decline, reaching the lowest point in five years. On the other hand, suicide, child obesity and cancer are on the rise, show data released by the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ).
