SD wants more effective protection against large carnivores

Ljubljana, 4 May - The Social Democrats (SD) have drafted a bill to improve protection against damage that large protected carnivores, especially brown bears, cause to farmers and to speed up the payment of damages. The initiative to change the Nature Conservation Act was sent to the government.
