Shell plans to take over MOL service stations in October
Ljubljana, 30 May - The Slovenian subsidiary of British oil giant Shell plans to start taking over 39 service stations from Hungary's MOL in October and gradually build them up into sustainable mobility centres with charging stations for electric vehicles.
