Report: Court opens criminal investigation into Fotopub case
Ljubljana, 1 June - The Ljubljana District Court on Monday opened a criminal investigation targeting Dušan Smodej, a Novo Mesto artist and manager of the Ljubljana gallery Fotopub, on suspicion of crimes ranging from sexual violence to serious bodily harm, Žurnal24 reports.
