Court throws out remaining health insurance cases

Ljubljana, 2 June - The Administrative Court announced on Friday it had thrown out all petitions by the three providers of top-up health insurance challenging the government's decision to cap the monthly premiums. After the decision in the Generali case last week, today's announcement about the fate of the appeals by Triglav and Vzajemna does not come as surprise.
