Govt demands SIJ return energy aid over bonuses, dividend payout

Ljubljana, 15 June - Following a decision by SIJ shareholders in May that the steel maker would pay out EUR 5.8 million in dividends, Economy Minister Matjaž Han has called on four of its subsidiaries to repay state aid they had received as part of the government's energy crisis package. The government is also looking into alleged EUR 20 million in bonus payouts.
