Janković, six others acquitted in Stožice parking lots case

Ljubljana, 20 June - Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković and six co-defendants were acquitted on Tuesday in a case concerning parking lots rental at the Stožice Sports Park. Janković was charged with abuse of office and defrauding of EU budget, and the rest were thought to be his accomplices. The ruling is not final yet and the prosecution has announced an appeal.
