Montenegro's Rakočević wins CEI award for young writers

Ljubljana, 23 August - Tijana Rakočević, an up-an-coming feminist author from Montenegro, is this year's recipient of the CEI award for young writers. The award is given out by the Central European Initiative (CEI) and the Slovenian Writers' Association and conferred at the International Vilenica Literary Festival, which is held in September.
