Intl Red Cross head urges better preparedness for catastrophes
Škofja Loka, 24 August - Jagan Chapagain, secretary general of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), said that due to changed weather patters society should adjust to weather catastrophes by better preparing for them, as he visited flood-stricken areas in Škofja Loka during his three-day visit to Slovenia on Thursday.
