Retailer Big Bang acquiring Serbian BC Group

Ljubljana/Belgrade, 25 August - Big Bang, Slovenia's largest retailer of consumer electronics, has signed an agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Serbian online retailer BC Group. The deal is subject to the approval of relevant competition regulators, the Slovenian company said. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
