Most Slovenians in favour of bank tax to finance post-flood efforts

Ljubljana, 26 August - A public opinion poll published by the newspaper Delo has shown that most respondents support the idea of a windfall tax on bank profits for the financing of post-flood reconstruction. The majority thinks the Court of Audit should supervise the reconstruction spending. Half of respondents think buildings should be removed from flooding zones.
