Finance pessimistic about post-flood reconstruction

Ljubljana, 19 September - Business paper Finance takes issue with the government's assessment of the flood damage and its reconstruction plans, arguing in Tuesday's commentary that the country risks making the same mistakes it has made before by rushing headlong into spending without knowing when the money will be needed and when projects will be ready.
