Večer warns govt not to mess up Security Council opportunity

Ljubljana, 30 September - Večer ponders on a "peculiar" Slovenian solution of dual diplomatic leadership at the UN, saying in Saturday's commentary Slovenian Customs at the East River that the diplomatic service was instrumentalised for internal affairs or even personal interests before, yet it does little to its image of professionalism and credibility.
