Union ahead of Teachers' Day: Slovenia amid most complex crisis

Ljubljana, 3 October - The trade union of teachers SVIZ has pointed to the shortage of teachers, their low pay and a low level of public funding for education compared to the OECD average as it presented some findings from the OECD's Education at a Glance 2023 on Tuesday, ahead of World Teachers' Day, which is celebrated on 5 October.
