Home Affairs committee votes down opposition proposals in migrations debate

Ljubljana, 7 October - The parliamentary Home Affairs Committee continued a debate about migrations Friday evening after the session was suspended last week. It voted down proposals by the opposition Democrats (SDS) that Slovenia stop removing the fence on its southern border and that decision giving refugee status to 50 citizens of Afghanistan and Syria be annulled.
