Flooding case against Austrian power utility Verbund going to Supreme Court

Maribor, 17 October - A points of law appeal filed by the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office has brought another u-turn in a story in which Austrian power utility Verbund last seemed on path to not being held liable for flooding that occurred in Slovenia in 2012. The case, for now involving only one of dozens of plaintiffs, is said to be headed for the Supreme Court.
