EU Commission working on post-flood aid package for Slovenian agriculture

Luxembourg, 24 October - The European Commission has been working on a package of financial aid to Slovenia in the face of the flood damage in agriculture, European Commissioner for Agriculture told the press in Luxembourg on Monday. He also welcomed the initiative of Slovenia and Croatia for a financial support mechanism in the event of crises in agriculture.
