Direct damage caused by August floods estimated at almost EUR 3bn

Ljubljana, 25 October - The government confirmed on Wednesday the final estimate of the direct damage to property caused by the August storm, which totals EUR 2.98 billion. The most hit were watercourses, with damage caused to them estimated at EUR 1.32 billion.
