Slovak developer Corwin offering EUR 9.5m real estate bond

Ljubljana, 26 October - The Slovak project developer Corwin, which has established itself as a major real estate investor in Ljubljana in recent years, has announced a EUR 9.5 million bond issue in Slovenia. The bonds are secured by land slated for the construction of Linhartov Kvart, a commercial and residential development in the capital.
