Upper chamber delays expansion of labour rights with veto
Ljubljana, 2 November - The National Council vetoed in a 15:10 vote on Thursday changes to the Employment Relationships Act, which introduce additional labour rights. The proponents of the upper chamber veto argued employers had been clearly disadvantaged and rules of social dialogue violated as the changes were being drawn up.
