Govt says state indeed handling large watercourses after floods

Ljubljana, 12 November - After President Nataša Pirc Musar said that the state, not municipalities must be in charge of managing large watercourses as she recently visited the flood-hit Sneberje borough of Ljubljana along the Sava River, the government said the state was indeed implementing emergency measures at the site and would continue to do so.
