Unions, NGOs demand full indexation of social transfers

Ljubljana, 17 November - A number of trade unions and NGOs, including the biggest charities in Slovenia, called on the government and MPs to decide for a full indexation of social transfers next year after the cabinet said transfers would be adjusted to inflation at a rate of 70%. Yesterday's decision came after an initial plan to scrap indexation altogether.
