PM says Slovenia could lead effort to protect Mediterranean Sea

Portorož, 7 December - Prime Minister Robert Golob addressed the ministerial session at the 23rd meeting of the parties to the Barcelona Convention in Portorož on Thursday, noting that, as a leader in the efforts to protect the sea and sea coast, Slovenia was ready to assume presidency for 2024-2025. He labelled the decision to reduce sulphur oxide emissions as historic.
