Top court rejects challenge against health insurance cap
Ljubljana, 7 December - The Constitutional Court rejected on procedural grounds an application by three providers of top-up health insurance which demanded a review of the constitutionality of a government decree that capped the price of this type of insurance and the law on which the decree is based.
