Slovenia regrets UN failed to adopt ceasefire resolution

Ljubljana, 9 December - Slovenia regrets that the UN Security Council failed to adopt a resolution that would have demanded an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza, the Foreign Ministry said. The resolution is the necessary next step following the UN secretary general's appeal to back a humanitarian ceasefire and avert a humanitarian catastrophe, it added.
