Illegal crossings of border nearly double in January-November

Ljubljana, 18 December - There were more than 55,200 detected illegal crossings of the border in the first eleven months of the year, which is a considerable increase from some 30,140 in the same period last year. Afghan citizens continue to account for the largest share of all apprehended illegal migrants.
