Mutual insurer challenging privatisation at top court

Ljubljana, 27 December - The mutual insurer Vzajemna asked the Constitutional Court on Wednesday to halt and review its transformation into a joint stock company as of new year. Facing the loss of health insurance payments by some 800,000 people, it claims the legislative transformation encroaches on the property rights of its members and its freedom to conduct business.
