Judges inform EU Commission head of their pay issue

Ljubljana, 28 December - The Judicial Council informed European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen of Slovenia's failure to implement a Constitutional Court order under which judges' pay should increase. In a letter sent to her on Thursday it said that efforts to implement the court's decision were in no way related to negotiations about public sector pay.
