Paper says Fides and govt holding patients hostage

Koper, 10 January - The doctors' trade union Fides and the government are holding patients hostage, says Primorske Novice on Wednesday. The government is stalling urgent measures, while Fides is blackmailing it to get higher pay, the regional newspaper adds.
