Committee discusses possible defunding of private kindergartens

Ljubljana, 24 January - The parliamentary Education Committee voted down Tuesday evening a proposal by the opposition Democrats (SDS) that the government take off the table the possibility of defunding private kindergartens. Coalition MPs and Education Minister Darjo Felda did not join the discussion, arguing this was merely a discussion point of a task force.
