Večer expects return to manageable housing loan interest rates soon

Maribor, 29 February - The newspaper Večer sees hope in Thursday's commentary for prospective home buyers, noting that interest rates for housing loans - still available at a fixed rate of 1% in 2022 before they rose to over 4% by the end of 2023 - have started to decrease to close to 3% in recent weeks.
