Acquittal of Bavčar and Golubić in Intereuropa case final
Koper, 28 February - The Koper Higher Court has reportedly rejected the prosecution's appeal against the acquittal in a retrial of former Istrabenz CEO Igor Bavčar and former Maksima Holding CEO Miroslav Golubić of charges of abuse of office and assistance therein in relation to Intereuropa stock trading.
