Commercial real estate prices up 10% in 2023 while sales plummet
Ljubljana, 7 March - The prices of commercial property, meaning offices, retail, industrial property and premises for services, grew by up to 10% in 2023 although the number of concluded sale deals fell significantly. The number of rental deals also fell, while rents were up by about 3%.
