Slovenia's role and weight in the EU underwhelming, analyst says

Ljubljana, 4 April - Slovenia's role and importance in the EU 20 years after joining are not what they could be based on the country's size and resources, says political analyst Marko Lovec of the Ljubljana Faculty of Social Sciences. This is because Slovenia has failed to invest systemically in EU policies and capacities after the initial enthusiasm waned.
