SDS claims Commissioner Jourova influenced Constitutional Court decision on RTV
Ljubljana, 2 April - The opposition Democrats (SDS) presented on Tuesday documents which the party claims prove that European Commission Vice-President for Values and Transparency Vera Jourova exerted pressure on Slovenia's Constitutional Court over a case involving RTV Slovenija when she paid a visit last year. Both the court and the Commission denied that.
