Dnevnik says Lipica stud farm needs more than just reorganisation

Ljubljana, 5 April - Dnevnik welcomes on Friday the government's decision to create a single, fully state-owned company in charge of the Lipica stud farm, known for its white Lipizzaner horses, but warns that the reorganisation will not be enough to bring better days. Only quality staff with ambition and openness can do that, the newspaper says.
