Hospitals' cumulative loss cause for concern

Ljubljana, 22 April - Hospitals' performance last year improved, but the association of health institutions is concerned about their cumulative loss, which began rising again in 2021. At EUR 204.3 million in 2023, the figure is higher than in 2016, the year before an emergency funding law was passed. The ongoing doctors' strike only adds to the troubles they face.
