Constitutional commission to consult ECB on right to cash payments

Ljubljana, 9 May - The parliamentary constitutional commission will ask the European Central Bank (ECB) to take a stance on a Slovenian grass-roots proposal, backed with over 56,000 signatures, to write down the right to cash payment in the Slovenian constitution. It also agreed at Thursday's session that a special task force will study the proposal.
