Govt adopts bill raising salaries of least-paid judges

Ljubljana, 23 May - The government adopted a bill to increase the salaries of the lowest-paid judges. Deputy Prime Minister Matej Arčon said after the government session on Thursday that the bill followed the ruling of the Constitutional Court. Issued nearly a year ago, the ruling says that the salaries of judges are so low that they are unconstitutional.
